You may place orders anytime through our website.  Phone orders must be done during normal hours of operation; Monday - Saturday from 10am - 7pm.  All of our products are made fresh to order and require 48 hours for processing and delivery/shipping.  Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day and we are not open on Sunday.

 

Local Pick Up

We offer pick-up in DC at a neutral location.  See details at checkout:

Tuesday & Thursday from 10am - 6pm

Friday from 2pm - 6pm

 Saturday from 12pm - 6pm

Local Delivery 

We are offering local contactless and social distancing delivery Tuesday - Saturday during our regular hours of operation.  We may be able to accommodate last minute orders and deliveries outside of our normal hours of operation, please call to inquire. We thank you for your continued support during this time and please be safe!!

We do not deliver orders on Sundays unless you've booked a dessert table or decor services for an event.

Delivery restrictions apply:  Some areas outside of the beltway will require a meet-up location based on address provided during checkout and that day's delivery schedule.  We will contact you with the meet-up location.

Meet-up location for the Towson, Glen Burnie and Baltimore area is Arundel Mills Mall

 

Virginia delivery areas:  Alexandria, Arlington, Crystal City, Rosslyn

Deliveries to PRIVATE RESIDENCE - you will receive a call as driver is approaching delivery location and order will be left at doorstep.  If your order was placed online, you will also receive an email after delivery is made.  Please retrieve your order immediately as refrigeration is required.  We are not responsible for orders once delivered.

Deliveries to COMMERCIAL establishments, APARTMENTS and CONDOS, and GATED COMMUNITIES - you will receive a call as driver is approaching delivery location.  Recipient must meet driver curbside or at gate....NO EXCEPTIONS.  We DO NOT use access codes or leave vehicle unattended while making deliveries.  If recipient does not answer the phone, driver will allow a 10-minute grace period before leaving order at doorstep of establishment, apartment, condo or at gate.  Please be available for your delivery.  If your order was placed online, you will receive an email after delivery is made.  Please retrieve your order immediately as refrigeration is required. 

We are not responsible for orders once delivered.  

 

Shipping

We offer shipping on select items labeled "SHIP ME" and these items cannot be mixed with local delivery items as you must place orders separately.  Please do not choose items labeled "SHIP ME" if you do not require the item to be shipped.

Shipping rates have increased.  In an effort to keep costs as affordable as possible, items will be shipped individually to use the smallest box possible.  If you need multiple items shipped, please contact us during our normal hours of operation; Monday - Saturday from 10am - 7pm to place your order and obtain shipping rates or place multiple orders through the online store.

All items ship weekly on Mondays via UPS Ground which generally arrives within 1-3 days depending on delivery location.  However, we are not able to guarantee delivery times and we are not responsible for orders once they've been dropped off at the UPS location to include package handling and delivery date reschedules while in transit.  

Note:  If you need your order sooner, please contact us during normal operating hours to obtain a shipping quote.
